Peruvian Coconut Shrimp

INGREDIENTS
4 tablespoons of yellow mojo (substitute with AlaCena Tarí Sauce)
1 can of coconut milk
1lb of shrimp
5-6 green onions or (scallions) chopped
1 teaspoon of Inca’s Food Turmeric
Juice of 1/2 a lime
Salt to taste
Cilantro to garnish
Optional Pairing: Inca’s Food Quinoa
PREPARATION
STEP 1
in a skillet, heat 1-2 tablespoons of Olive Oil, then add the green onions cook for 5 min
STEP 2
Add the Shrimp and saute for about 5 mins. After, add the Yellow Mojo and cook for about 3 mins.
STEP 3
Pour can of coconut milk, and simmer for about 5 mins.
STEP 4
Serve over rice or quinoa and garnish with cilantro
