Banana Mango Lucuma Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 frozen banana
1/2 mango
1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
2 tbsp Inca’s Food Lucuma Powder
1 tsp Inca’s Food Chia Seeds
2 tbsp homemade granola
1 kiwi
PREPARATION
STEP 1
Place the frozen banana (cut into pieces) in a blender, add the mango, lucuma powder, and plant-based milk. Mix. Start with push, then medium then high. When it’s homogeneous, serve in a bowl.
STEP 2
For the topping, dust with chia seeds and granola, cut in slices a kiwi and place it on the top.
