Banana, Mango &

1 frozen banana
1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
2 tbsp Inca’s Food Lucuma Powder
1 tsp Inca’s Food Chia Seeds
2 tbsp homemade granola
Cut frozen banana into pieces and place in a blender, add the mango, lucuma powder, and coconut or almond milk and mix. When mixing in blender, start with push, then medium then high. When it’s homogeneous, serve in a bowl.
For the topping, dust with chia seeds and granola, then add slices of kiwi.
